Hillary Clinton will debate Bernie Sanders on Tuesday on the first Democratic presidential debate of the general election, according to her campaign.
In a statement released Friday afternoon, the Clinton campaign said Sanders will debate the former secretary of state on Tuesday at the University of New Hampshire in Durham, N.H.
Clinton and Sanders have previously clashed over their views on abortion.
During the first presidential debate in September, Sanders called abortion a “slaughterhouse,” while Clinton said it’s “not murder” for women to have an abortion.
Sanders has said he would support an exception for rape victims.
He also recently said he wouldn’t allow abortions after 20 weeks of pregnancy, a position that would require the Supreme Court to rule in favor of the Hyde Amendment, a law that bans federal funding for abortions.
