TalkSport’s Martin Brouwer has revealed that Facebook’s next-gen Messenger app is a success and has revealed his views on how to improve it.
In an interview with German publication Handelsblatt, Brouer said he was happy with Facebook’s current platform, which was only introduced a few months ago.
“I don’t think the new features that we have made available so far are enough to satisfy the needs of a huge audience.
We will be working on more features to improve the messaging experience, but it’s very important that the Messenger app works well and has the best user experience,” he said.”
As for the future, we think that the best product is always the one that has the biggest user base.”
Brouer also revealed that the Facebook platform is “not going to be the only one”.
“I think that there are many other platforms that are doing a better job,” he added.
“This is the one I really like, so I am really looking forward to seeing what else they do.
I’m very excited about it.”
Bouquets, social networks and Facebook are all big business, but Brouers comments suggest that the company may have a future in other areas, including the video sharing market.
In addition to being a social networking site, Messenger has become a platform for sharing videos and photos, and Brouger also suggested that it could one day replace Twitter.
“The future of social media is not so far-fetched.
There are other platforms with great user experiences, like Instagram and Facebook, which are also doing amazing things,” he told Handels Blatt.”
It is not that I think Facebook will be the dominant platform in the next five years.
It will be interesting to see how they develop the products.”
