The service was acquired by Twitter last year.
The Blackout network, meanwhile, is the platform of choice for many in the African diaspora, especially in Nigeria.
Blackout is a social networking app that was launched in 2009 by Facebook.
The platform is used by millions of people across Africa, but it is currently not available for the US, according the report.
Chameleon is a mobile-based social network that offers users a variety of social networks and features.
BlackOut is a platform that is more geared toward African communities.
The site is currently in beta for the West.
The top 10 social networking sites of 2016:TrendForce report found that, in the US and UK, Twitter is the top choice for most people, followed by Facebook, Instagram, and Snapchat.
However, Twitter’s user base is growing at a rapid pace and it is now the second most popular social media site after Facebook.
In the US the most popular mobile app is Snapchat, followed closely by Instagram.
In Britain, Facebook is the most common social networking site, followed at the moment by Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter and WhatsApp.
The most popular apps are Facebook, Facebook Messenger, Facebook Drive, and WhatsApp Drive.
While Twitter and Facebook have been dominant in the last year, Instagram has seen a rapid rise in popularity.
In the UK, it is followed by Snapchat and WhatsApp in the latest TrendForce survey.
The social networks in the UK were found to have more than 100 million active users in 2016.
It comes after a spike in users in the country in recent years.
